Travers Smith's Financial Services & Markets team have submitted a response to the Treasury consultation on the draft legislative package for the regulation of cryptoassets.
Natalie Lewis, Partner and Head of Fintech, Market Infrastructure & Payments, led the response. She also contributed to a number of trade association responses, including in her capacities as Chair of The Payments Association Digital Currencies Working Group, and as Co-Lead of the Digital Pound Foundation's Policy, Legal & Regulatory Working Group.
